A 45 minute private Yoga Nidra session. Working with you to establish a session tailored to you specific needs. Intention setting, chakra balancing, relaxation are just a few to choose from. Blankets, pillows and eye masks are available, bring your own if you like. |

No need to leave your home. If you have a cell phone or iPad then you got what we need.
Hand weights, stretchy bands or tubing are recommended but not necessary.
